Chelmer Valley High School has a strong and supportive Parent Teacher Association. The committed team of parents work hard on your behalf to arrange fund-raising activities for everyone within the school community.

Regular discos are held for our younger students and these are always extremely popular occasions.  During the last school year in addition to the two discos, we held a Firework Extravaganza which attracted approx 3000 people.

During the last year we have donated in excess of £6000 to the school. This, we know is put to excellent use and helps provide those necessary “extras” for all our children. All departments can benefit from our fundraising, enabling staff to buy equipment which may not be available through capitation funding.
