Fieldwork at Key Stage 3
The department uses the school to conduct local fieldwork. This includes micro-climate, flooding, and traffic surveys. Students in Year 7 also conduct a finding your way activity in their first week at school.
Young Geographer of the Year
This year a variety of students have entered the design a map competition. This has earned students valuable house points and all maps have also been entered into the National Young Geographer of the Year competition!
