PHYSICAL EDUCATION - KEY STAGE 3 (YR 7,8 and 9)
At Key stage three our aims are to enable every student the opportunity to experience a range of sporting activities. Students work as individuals developing their skills and techniques and in groups which enhance their teamwork and tactical appreciation.
All students at Key Stage 3 receive two hours of Physical Education every week within the school curriculum.
Year 7:
Boys - rugby, football, fitness, dance, badminton, OAA, cricket, softball and athletics.
Girls - netball, football, gymnastics, fitness, dance, OAA, badminton, rounders and athletics.
Year 8:
Boys - rugby, football, netball, fitness, gymnastics, OAA, basketball, cricket, softball, and athletics.
Girls - netball, football, dance, fitness, badminton, gymnastics, tag rugby, rounders and athletics.
Year 9:
Boys - rugby, football, basketball, fitness, badminton, trampolining, cricket, softball and athletics.
Girls - netball, football, dance, basketball, trampolining, fitness, rounders, tennis and athletics.
