OVENPROOF DISH and APRON

400mls of pure orange juice (not squash)

74g black grapes        74g green grapes
1 banana                     1 kiwi fruit

MUFFINS
1 egg
90ml milk
75g soft margarine
3 level teaspoons baking powder 
75g sugar
150g plain flour
FLAVOUR - choose 1 & 9 muffin cases
50g chocolate  50g cherries  50g blueberries  50g banana
 
OAT COOKIES
50 grams rolled oats
50 grams soft brown sugar
50 grams plain flour
50 grams margarine
1 dessert spoon golden syrup
½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 tablespoon of milk

75g dried fruit or 75g cherries or 50g coconut

40 grams margarine
