In year 12, the AS level consists of a practical Coursework Portfolio that includes research into artists and art movements. The students explore a wide variety of materials working towards a personal final piece in either 2 or 3D. In year 13, the A2 level involves a more in depth practical Specialist project in a material of their choice and there is an exam at the end of both years.
