Literacy & Numeracy Catch-Up Premium (CUP)

Catch Up Premium (CUP) at Chelmer Valley High School is used to try and ensure that students with lower levels of Literacy and Numeracy upon entry to Year 7 are supported to improve in these areas and allow them full access to the secondary curriculum alongside their peers. 

The Grant is used to provide a number of key interventions and support strategies, some of which are already well-established within the school.
