Last Friday we welcomed Kemi Badenoch, our Local MP and Leader of the Opposition to CVHS.  This visit was a wonderful opportunity to showcase all that is great about Chelmer Valley High School.  Despite the limited time we had with her, we focused on our STEAM initiatives, starting with an amazing performance by our Glee Club of "Welcome to the Rock" from Come From Away.  Kemi then had the chance to meet several of our students who presented displays of their work, including the Green Power Racing Club, Robotics, Speakers in School, Science Clubs, Make Space for Girls project and Astronomy.  Kemi and her team were thoroughly impressed by each of these groups.
