We are excited to announce that our school will be hosting its first Culture Day on Monday 30^th June. This will be a fantastic opportunity for students to celebrate and explore the many cultures represented within our school community through a range of fun, educational activities and workshops.

 

Dress Code

All students should come to school in their PE kit, unless they are wearing traditional or cultural attire to represent their heritage or a culture they identify with.

 

Parade of Nations – Mini Concert (Period 5)

To round off the day, we will be holding a Parade of Nations mini concert during Period 5, where students and staff can showcase their talents. If your child sings, dances, plays an instrument, or would like to perform in another culturally relevant way, we would love for them to take part.

 

We would also be thrilled to involve parents. If you are part of a cultural group or have a traditional performance to share, please let us know by using the contact information below.

 

Cultural Displays – Call for Contributions

We are also putting together a number of cultural display booths, and we welcome donations of cultural items—such as clothing, artefacts, books, decorations, or other culturally significant objects.
